Our creche and Grade R offer learners a motivating, properly created environment full of possibilities. Deeper understandings and discovery learning are both encouraged. Children develop their capacity to interact with and have an effect on their environment through deliberate play. As a facilitator, teachers work with students, their parents, or other legal guardians to co-design the educational experience. Through careful, ongoing observations of the students, the teacher creates and changes lessons, resources, and activities to support the learners as they progress through their learning. At Stanger Heights Primary School, the outdoor learning setting is valued on par with the indoor learning environment. The objective is to help learners improve their gross motor skills while also helping them learn how to work cooperatively and express their views in a variety of ways.
